Ronwen Williams, goalkeeper for Sundowns and the South Africa national team, won two awards at the 2024 Africa Football Awards.

Williams won the Men’s Interclub Player of Africa award for this year, surpassing Egyptian duo Ahmed Mostafa Zizo from Zamalek and Hussein El-Shahat from Al Ahly.
